Design Notes

In part BBa_K3806011, the BBa_K3806008 sequence is linked downstream of a T7 promoter for its transcription by the T7 bacteriophage RNA polymerase. The sequence can be amplified by primers BBa_K3806017 and BBa_K3806020.
